We are not an escort agency, but exclusively an escorts search engine and escorts advertising platform dedicated to both, escort agencies and independent escorts. All payments are only for the escorts agencies and independent escorts and are intended for advertising purposes.

• 1.1 ORORA EMEA LTD. ( in the following "Operator") grants you (in the following "User") the use of the System for a fee.
• 1.2 The website is maintained by the operator named in the imprint. The operator assumes legal responsibility for the content of the site. At the same time, he is the contact person for inquiries by users - especially for questions regarding payments and services.
• 1.3 The operator does not guarantee the constant availability of the Internet offer. However, he will make every effort to ensure constant availability.
• 1.4 The operator is in any case not responsible for external links. However, he will remove them immediately after becoming aware of any legal concerns.
• 1.5 The website is designed for use with standard browsers. Furthermore, Java Script must be permitted.
• 1.6 All content on the website is subject to the copyright of the operator and may not be used or published elsewhere without the express written permission of the operator.

2. Registration of the user on the website

HappyEscorts will review complaints alleging that the terms and conditions of the Website have been violated, but will not, under any circumstances, resolve, or provide assistance in resolving, a dispute between you and any other User or an Advertiser.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

You acknowledge and understand that use of the Website(s) and the Content there in is at your own risk. Your use of the Website(s) is at your own discretion making you, and only you, responsible for any loss of data or damage that may arise from your use of the Website(s).

• 5.1 HappyEscorts makes no representation, warranties, or guarantees that the Website(s) or the materials contained within or on it will be uninterrupted, secure, free of harmful source code, or error-free, nor does it represent that the materials contained within or on the Website(s) are truthful, accurate, or complete.

6. Indemnification

You may not use the Website(s) in any manner or for any purpose that is contrary to Federal Law or the Local laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. If HappyEscorts determines that any User of the site has provided, or intends to engage in illegal activity, their use of the site will be immediately terminated. HappyEscorts denies, and you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold HappyEscorts its officers, employees, agents, and assigns harmless for any liability that may arise for your violation of any law.

• 6.1 You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless without limitation HappyEscorts, its officers, employees, agents, and assigns from and against any and all causes of action, liabilities, or damages that result directly or indirectly from your Use of the site, including, where applicable, any involvement, meetings, contracts you enter into with any other User or an Advertiser on the Website.
• 6.2. You also agree to defend and indemnify HappyEscorts should any third party be harmed by Your actions or should HappyEscorts be obligated to defend any claims including, without limitation, any criminal or civil action brought by any party.

7. Payment of chargeable services

• 7.1 During the entire payment process, the operator has assigned the claims to there spective payment service provider. This also applies to any collection that may beinitiated, for example, by return debit notes or non-redemption of payments.
• 7.2 No subscriptions or recurring automatic payments are realized on the website.
• 7.3 The personal data provided to the payment service provider, in particular credit card and account information, shall be stored and processed exclusively by the payment service provider in accordance with the statutory provisions.
• 7.4 The terms and conditions of the respective payment service provider apply with regard to payments.
• 7.5 In the event of a successful payment and subsequent electronic notification by the payment service provider, the booked services are promptly credited to the user account.
• 7.6 The User has no claim to be able to use a payment procedure once used also in the future.

8. Paid services on the website

• 8.1 The registered user has access to various paid services on the website.
• 8.2 For the use of a paid service, the user needs to pay according (point 7).
• 8.3 By declaring the intention to use a paid service, by a user, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.
• 8.4 After the utilization of the chargeable service, any statutory revocation provisions shall be ineffective.
• 8.5 The operator of the website does not assume any warranty for the offered services fora specific purpose or that the presented performance features meet the individual requirements of the user.

9. Intellectual Property Information

• 9.1 You may not register, use, or traffic in any domain name that is confusingly similar to "HappyEscorts" or any other registered or common law trademarks that are owned by HappyEscorts.
• 9.2 On occasion, Content may feature other companies’ product and service names that may be trademarks and service marks. These names may not be used publicly without the express written consent of the owners and/or holders of those marks.

10. Refund and Cancelation

• 10.1 As we are HappyEscorts and we want to keep our clients happy by providing the best service, we created a special refund policy in this area. The users may ask for a refund in 96 hours after the purchase was done. We can only reward a refund if they provide us a valid reason why the purchase was fraudulent or unauthorized, or for any other reason that we have found appropriate. If the payment was made with any other payment method (NOT Credit Card), we are not able to refund. Note: If you violate our agreements in any case, no refund will be provided.
• 10.2 We may terminate your access to the Site, without cause or notice, which may result in the forfeiture and destruction of all information associated with you. All provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

11. Complaints and Dispute

• 11.1 The parties agree to engage in a good faith effort to resolve any and all disputes pertaining to this Agreement before resorting to litigation. Any dispute or claim that cannot be resolved by such good faith efforts shall be resolved by binding arbitration before a certified Arbiter in Provider. You, the User, hereby acknowledge and consent to jurisdiction of Provider and agree that the venue for all dispute resolution shall be within Provider.

12. Other

• 12.1 The user acknowledges that in case of non-compliance with these terms of use, he/she will face legal consequences.
• 12.2 The use of the services is at your own risk. In particular, the operator of the website is not liable for any damages, including those resulting from loss of data.
• 12.3 The operator of the website is liable, regardless of the legal grounds, only fordamages caused by him intentionally or through gross negligence. The amount ofliability is limited to the amount that the user has paid for the service. Any furtherclaims for damages, including for any consequential damages, are expressly excluded.
• 12.4 The user is aware that connection data is stored for statistical purposes, as well as for proof of performance in the case of chargeable services. Furthermore, cookiesthat are harmless from a security point of view are stored on the user's hard drive. All data stored by the operator will not be disclosed to third parties.
• 12.5 The trademarks mentioned on the website are the property of their respective owners.
• 12.6 The law of the registered office of the operator of the website shall apply. The place of jurisdiction shall be the registered office of the operator.
